We will do our best to ensure that your connection is up quickly and as arranged. If it doesn't work on the initial installation we will liase with your ISP's and BT on your behalf to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

If for any reason we cannot successfully connect you to the internet using your ADSL connection we will refund our fee in full.

Our service ends when the installation is successfully completed. Any future disruptions to service will be the responsibility of your Internet Service Provider, BT or the makers of your computer software or hardware.

We can intercede on your behalf but this will be at for an additional fee unless it is as a result of damage or faulty installation by us.
